My funeral stationery is semi-bespoke: each design begins from a thoughtfully crafted template and is personalised to reflect the person you are remembering their name, their photos, their dates, and the details that made them unique.
Whether you choose to have your stationery printed and delivered to your door, or prefer to receive print-ready PDF files to print locally, you get something that feels individual and considered, with the ease of a guided process.

How it Works
From enquiry to receiving your product – the process
Send an Enquiry Form
Complete a simple form with your event date, what you need, and the design you’d like from our collection. This helps me confirm availability and get things moving quickly.
Design & Details
Choose your design from our collection and share your personalisation details, such as names, dates, photos, and any wording. I’ll take care of the rest.
Design Proof
I’ll send a digital proof for you to review before anything goes to print. Up to two rounds of amendments are included as standard.
Printing & Files
Once you’ve approved your proof, your stationery is printed on premium card and delivered securely to your door. Digital files are available on request.
I will respond as quickly as possible and will let you know next steps once I’ve reviewed your enquiry.

Done-For-You Digital PDF Packages
Perfect if you are using a local high-street copy shop, an venue printer, or sharing files digitally. We do all the formatting, photo placement, and text layouts for you. Includes 2 rounds of design amendments and final press-quality, print-ready PDF files.
Any 1 to 2 Digital Items: £25.00 (e.g., Main Order of Service + 1 Table Sign)
Any 3 to 4 Digital Items: £35.00 (e.g., Order of Service + Memory Card + 2 Table Signs)
Any 5+ Digital Items: £45.00 (Full digital venue coverage)
Delivery & Payment Terms:
Prices listed above exclude shipping. Tracked courier service is automatically added to manual invoices based on overall package weight. Because our stationery is completely custom made, a 50% booking deposit is required to start your design layout, with the remaining 50% print balance cleared once you approve your digital proof.
Photographs
For the best printed results, please follow these guidelines when supplying photos:
- Supply a high resolution scan where possible – avoid photographing printed photos as this reduces quality significantly.
- Ensure the image is well lit with good contrast – dark or low contrast images will not print well on card. Images will be minor edited and upscaled where needed – by supplying your image you are consenting to this
- Printed images on card may appear less sharp than the original digital file – this is a limitation of card printing and not a fault with your order
If we have any concerns about your image quality we will contact you before proceeding
