What information we collect
When you enquire about or place an order with Isla May Evergreen, we may collect the following personal information:

- Your phone number (if you contact us via WhatsApp)
- Your postal address (for delivery of physical orders)
- Details of your event and personalisation requirements
- Any photos or images you supply for use in your stationery
- Payment information (processed securely via our payment provider — we do not store card details)
We only collect information that is necessary to fulfil your order or respond to your enquiry.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Process and fulfil your order
- Communicate with you about your order via email and/or WhatsApp
- Send you proofs and finalised files
- Invoice you and process payment
- Comply with any legal obligations
We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

- Contract performance — to fulfil the order you have placed with us

How long we keep your data
We retain order records, including your contact details and design files, for up to 6 years in line with HMRC requirements for business records. Enquiries that do not result in an order are deleted within 12 months.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order. This may include:
- Our print suppliers, where physical production is outsourced (e.g. for specialist finishes)
- Payment processors, for the purpose of taking payment
- Cloud storage or file-sharing services used to send you proofs and files

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

- Request deletion of your data (subject to our legal obligations)
