How we send your order

Every order from Isla May Evergreen is packaged with care and sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce insured services, so your stationery arrives safely and in perfect condition.

We are a UK-based business and currently ship to UK addresses only.

Sample packs

Sample packs are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class letter post. You can expect delivery within 2–4 working days of dispatch, though Royal Mail does not guarantee timescales for this service.

Sample packs are not tracked or insured. If your sample does not arrive within 10 working days of placing your order, please get in touch and we will look into it for you.

Stationery orders

All personalised stationery orders, whether small or large, are sent via an insured postal service. The specific service used will depend on the size and weight of your parcel, and will be one of the following:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 — next working day delivery aim
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 — 2 working day delivery aim
  • Parcelforce — for larger or heavier orders

The delivery service for your order will be confirmed when your final invoice is issued. Delivery and packaging is charged at cost we do not add a handling fee.

All orders are fully insured in transit, giving you peace of mind that your stationery is covered from the moment it leaves us to the moment it arrives with you.

Packaging

Your stationery will be carefully packaged to protect it during transit — we take as much care packing your order as we do designing it. Where necessary, rigid packaging is used to prevent bending or damage.

Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched once final payment has been received and your proof has been approved. Please allow the following production times before dispatch:

  • Digital orders — delivered by email or file link; no dispatch time applies
  • Printed orders — production time will be confirmed at the point of order, as this varies depending on the items ordered, quantities, and whether any specialist finishes are involved

If you have a specific date you need your stationery by, please let us know at the enquiry stage and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Tracking your order

Where a tracked service is used, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. This will be sent to the email address you used to place your order.

If something goes wrong

We hope it never happens, but if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Damaged orders — please get in touch within 48 hours of receipt and include photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as we can.
  • Lost orders — if your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Because all stationery orders are sent via insured services, you are fully protected in either scenario.
