Step by Step

Get in Touch Contact me via the enquiry form on my website, by email, or on WhatsApp. Tell me what you need, your quantities, which design from my website you like, and any inspiration or preferences you have in mind.

Receive Your Quote I will send you a personalised quote within 2 working days, usually sooner. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

Secure Your Booking Once you are happy to proceed, a 50% deposit secures your slot and I begin work on your design immediately. Payment is accepted via BACS bank transfer or PayPal.

Share Your Details You will need to provide all the details for your stationery – name, dates, venue, service details, any photos or images, and your preferences for layout and wording. The sooner I receive everything, the sooner your proof will be ready.

Review Your Digital Proof I will send you a full digital PDF proof within 2 working days of receiving all your information and cleared payment. Please check every detail carefully – names, dates, spellings, and layout. You have two rounds of revisions included as standard.

Approve and Pay Once you are happy with your proof, please confirm your approval in writing by email. Your remaining 50% balance is then due before printing begins.

Print and Dispatch Your order goes to print as soon as payment clears. Your finished stationery will be dispatched within 5 working days of proof approval, sooner where possible. You will receive tracking information once your order has been sent.
Proofreading and Approval
I take great care with every design, but the final responsibility for proofreading rests with you. Please read your proof thoroughly before giving approval.
Your written approval confirms: that all names, dates, wording, and spellings are correct and that you are happy with the layout.
Once approval is given, your order moves to print immediately. Any errors found after this point will incur a reprint charge at the client’s expense.
Colours may vary between your screen and the finished printed card due to monitor calibration differences. This is normal and not a fault.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes to Your Order
Additional revisions beyond the two included rounds may be subject to a small design fee, which will be communicated before any work is carried out.
Changes to quantities or product selection after the deposit has been paid may affect your final price. I will always confirm any changes to your quote in writing before proceeding.
Cancellations
Before proof approval: the 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the design time and administration work already completed.
After proof approval and final payment: once your order has entered print production, no refunds can be issued, as materials will have been purchased and printing commenced.
Important Notes
Materials All stationery is printed on premium 300gsm smooth white card as standard. Coloured card, textured finishes, and specialty weights are available at an additional cost, clearly itemised on your quote.
Photographs and Images I can incorporate your personal photos and high-resolution images. Please ensure all files supplied are high-resolution and that you hold the rights or explicit permission from the original photographer.
Intellectual Property All designs remain the property of Isla May Evergreen and are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
